What is stored?

The app stores locally on your device: your name (if entered), selected skincare products, your personal schedule, daily routine records, skin journal photos, and personal notes. None of this personal data is transmitted to any server.

We do not collect anonymous usage data, sell or share personal information with third parties, or require account creation.

Photos

Skin journal photos are stored on your device. In the web version, photos are stored in the browser — on Safari they may be deleted if storage is reclaimed. Regular data exports are recommended.

App content

The master product list is fetched from our server when the app starts or updates. This request contains no personal data — it is a read-only download of product information curated by the app's admin. No device identifiers, user data, or tracking information is collected or transmitted.

Camera and barcode scanning (Android only)

On Android, the app requests camera permission to enable barcode scanning of skincare product packaging. The camera is used solely to read the barcode — no image is saved. When you scan a barcode or search for a product, the barcode number (EAN/UPC) and/or the product name you enter are sent to external product-lookup services to identify the product and fill in its details. No personal information is sent — only the barcode number or product name. Camera access is only active during a scanning session.

Data export

The app allows you to export all your data to a local file. That file belongs to you and is stored wherever you choose.
